lets not get personal lads when you reach their age its not nice they only get minimum money for traveling exspence and sometimes stay in top hotels with full evening meals daily costs gum boil sweets nurse on standby and when its over they get given a medle for services to sport even if they can speak that is strokes alsmers gout  and the cost of ambulances and the incoviniance to the homes you have to think of all these things before you blame them  l    f y d

its all right having a laugh about these guys [with my face you have got to have a sence of humour]but these are the people who are payed to bring the sport into the 21st century,most of them were born in the 19th,the last thing  they remember seeing flying were the wright brothers[although most of them act like the marx brothers]

Chris it's talk all talk, get it sorted don't tell me it's defeatism, I was secretary of the largest workingmens club in South Wales at the age of 20 in 1972 with a turnover of £1million per anum then; I heard the same rhetoric then from guys who couldn't get off their backside but could talk the talk; walk the walk and get it sorted and I'll take my hat off to you and Les in fact with such strong belief I'm amazed you haven't alread sorted it, until then I'll stick to my realism. The only hope now is a strong leader and the chances of council ever allowing such a situation is remote in the extreme.
