Tom Avis Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 Hi Ken was a lovely man who passed away less than a year ago, one of life's true characters, whom no one had a bad word for. He raced very well especially when the velocities were below 1100ypm and excelled in getting top performances out of yearlings. Ken would not have been a "strain" man, but I gather based his family around other west country lofts who were doing well in "hard" races. Regards Tom
