BJF Feeds - Boddy and Ridewood

I have had a couple of dealings with Boddy and Ridewood where they havent had the products in stock which i ordered. They are quick enough to ask if there is an alternative, but when you ask for a refund you hear nothing and i have had to telephone them twice asking where my refund is and it takes them a couple of days for your account to be refunded. Enough of the rant   I have since used BJF Feeds and there prices seem more reasonable and postage is cheaper, and problems they respond quickly, so please consider http://www.bjffeeds.co.uk when looking for products.

 

These are only my views and am just letting others know of my thoughts

im lucky Josh i can walk to Boddys so if not in stock the choice to go elsewhere is a bit dearer , but i have heard many firms take your money then say no stock then take there time refunding your money , this is bad buisness practise in my eyes , better to say not in stock in the first place , good site BJF Feeds have im sure it will help others.

Nope, they post out too. As little as £3.95.

just ordered 3 sliding door tracks cheapest i have found for them including postage seem very reasonable

After just checking my account, still no refund from Boddy and Ridewood, so i called them yet again and this time was not so understanding with them so have decided to make a complaint. I will not be using them again, unless requesting a catalogue to browse through when bored and copy a few of there products lol
