Credit where credit is due, so I'm adding another post about Phil.  Totally genuine, extremely helpful, and has time for everyone.  The world would definitely be a better place if there were more like him.  The number of times I've PMd with a question and he's back with advice in a flash - and he's busy.

 

Knowing Phil, he'll be embarrassed by all this, but he should know how well he's regarded and respected.
