chichichi Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 GERAINT here is a map for you.. not looking good for the north,, best of luck tom.. ant
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 just looking now, the point you give doesn't even cover half of Wales, am I correct?
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 cheers chichichi, and they have the face to call it a NATIONAL?
pjc Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 its only a national in there imagination!
Guest tom123 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 what other feds are likely to join it other than the wnrf? whoever wants to i believe but its not about feds its about idividualmemberships not organisations
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 I think you should re-name it 'The South Wales National' just to cover yourself!
pjc Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 I think you should re-name it 'The South Wales National' just to cover yourself! It won't even be a South Wales National, why do we want another one? Its just the WNRF pretending to be something they are not, there will be no more birds going than any decent fed and when it comes to the distance races I can't see how they will make it viable with the small entry they will get, that is of course if they get affiliation to form a so called national!
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 It's like 1/4 of Wales. 1/4 Of Wales National. Maybe no objections if they call it that then
pjc Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 They won't open it up, must be affraid of the competition!
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 They won't open it up, must be afraid of the competition! Hit the nail on the head, thats the trouble with fanciers today.
Guest strapper Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 i cant see why some are knocking it before a bird has been liberated, best to wait and see what becomes of it . just like any national...it has to start somewhere.
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Agree strapper but how can you call an organization a National when it only includes 1/4 of a country?
Guest tom123 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Hit the nail on the head, thats the trouble with fanciers today. i aint going into a debate over this but 6 of the 2008 swe nationals were won by wnr fed members
Guest strapper Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Agree strapper but how can you call an organization a National when it only includes 1/4 of a country? i agree but i dont see anyone saying the same about the new north road national with only a couple of hundred birds going in theirs, who knows whats around the corner...it may well open up to every where.
