Guest strapper Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 just to put the record straight...it doesnt state that the national is only open to fanciers south of 52:20::00 the actual letter going round is ... it states that all fanciers located south of measurement above are welcomed to attend the meeting....no where does it state any difference.

Guest Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Here we go again another Scottish thread lol ;D sorry to dissapoint chris there is all ready one going on just now so now we have 2 if you cant beat them join them lol
Geraint Parry Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 it states ''open to all fanciers south of 52.20.00 '' so does that mean its closed or open to fanciers north of this?? I am not really bothered if they fly from the moon, but IMOH i just feel its wrong when an organization can call themselves a National when 3/4 of the country is not invited to attended the 1st meeting?? but as someone stated I am sure there is a rule somewhere to cover this, WHU or RPRA, so all will come out in the wash.
Guest tom123 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 its only a meeting to formulate the organisation and form a committee to kick it off nothing is set in stone
les Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 all i can say is if you live in wales you are now spoilt for choice if you fly pigeons ,hope it is a good thing.would be nice if every welsh pigeon flyer flew one route altogether ,what a welsh national we would have then .

pjc Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 its just another case of thge WNRF wanting everything there own way and when they can't have it they throw there toys and run off and try to go it alone! They'll come crawling back to the combine when they've broken the bank again!
Guest tom123 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 well the future will tell i suppose eithier way
Guest strapper Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 the one thing that worries me about the new proposed route is that we will be coming across the entire uk liberations once again...i wished we could have had lib sites more easterly in france. we still havent learned a way to avoid this....a more south route would have been better in my opinion.
Guest Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 the one thing that worries me about the new proposed route is that we will be coming across the entire uk liberations once again...i wished we could have had lib sites more easterly in france. we still havent learned a way to avoid this....a more south route would have been better in my opinion. this has given great concern for all of us over the last couple of years strapper i cant see any winners from doing that including the ones who liberate i dont see them missing all the north and to an extent south racers at any time chances are they will hit at least one outfit
CUZZO Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 What a sad state of affairs, another case of divergence instead of convergence. When we need to be pulling together to save costs and save members we witness the grass is greener routine. I hope the WNRF members have got deep pockets because everything the other side of Calais will now be 30% more expensive than last year. I don't wish anyone ill will in racing but that route on a weekend will clash with thousands of Belgian & Dutch birds. It's a sure thing that Massarella will never buy another Welsh National winner because with so many Nationals we've lost even more credibility & kudos.
pjc Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 the wse national is still running has normal this new national is in line with a new route set out by the w.n.r.fed it aint for me to say has to any resignations to the wse national its up to the idividual to do what they wish What new route? This is the same direction they already fly!
ChrisMaidment08 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 the way forward is to be al pulling together that will never happen in wales my view is get rid of commitee and start again not keep thinking they know best i bet the com will consist of picton and the rest of his mates its about control of wales when fanciers wake up and see they are distroying flying they will leave in droves but hy then sleep to much any nat will be carryed by the same fed that caused the split so they aint nat are they they are just fed races as to boundery tom i beleave noone towards or over that way will be allowed in thats what its about toys out window time cos fed told to tow line or sod off so them being clever think its better to walk but they will be back with combine when they are broke as they do hese days any bets on commitee mate????
Guest tom123 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 chris its not about individuals its about a whole federation going there own way has to a committee none has been appointed that is why theres a meeting
ChrisMaidment08 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 rubbish was the whole membership for that in meeting even if they wernt it would have been done the boss would have made sure of that now you think that is joke mate no its the way they run things an application for the grant should have stated this was on cards as now lots of members who paid levey are being shut out despite paying and you can say its open but it wont be to half the flyers in wales as stated south wales nat thats what it should be called or can wrexam join not likly matethen its not welsh nat
Guest tom123 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 yes it was done at the agm has a notice of motion
ChrisMaidment08 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 just to put the record straight...it doesnt state that the national is only open to fanciers south of 52:20::00 the actual letter going round is ... it states that all fanciers located south of measurement above are welcomed to attend the meeting....no where does it state any difference. just to put record straight it states located south of measurments thats not east or north thats south so its only for south fanciers simple really look at map then see were flyers will be from
ChrisMaidment08 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 yes it was done at the agm has a notice of motion so in fact all members were not balloted to se if its what they want it was just put at agm and voted in i suppose the same with pulling out the combine and no i ont fly eaither but have an intrest as my birds do
Guest tom123 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 you are quite aware of the proceedeures chris each club take the n.o.m.to it membership and delegates vote on the wishes of there clubs at the agm only one club within the whole of the wnr fed voted against it so before you say it it was done democraticly
ChrisMaidment08 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 when his lordship gets his knighthood for services to sport he will be happy why is it he wants to run wales and beleave you me he does why does nonoe put stop to him he barks everyone jumps i have seen it first hand funny but also very sad as if you talk about flying in wales to any organiseation the comment is always oh that man wake up and smell the coffee go back to basics and get whole wales flying together not all these little bits bobs here and there god even the south are acting like lemons following one mans ideas and he messed things up big time before
ChrisMaidment08 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 you are quite aware of the proceedeures chris each club take the n.o.m.to it membership and delegates vote on the wishes of there clubs at the agm only one club within the whole of the wnr fed voted against it so before you say it it was done democraticly and i also know that deligates do what suites them not the club most clubs do not hold meetings and instruct deligates on members feelings as you know so the deligate just votes as he feels he should ;D ;D ;D ;Dbeen there done it cant be bothered no more
Guest tom123 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 why you take that attitude towards individuals all the time chris i dont know you should leave your personel views out of issues id like to know what hes done to you because anyhting changes in your eyes its down to one person members of our federation voted on this issue but has far has your concerned one man out voted them he must be clever
