I suppose you mean why did thier father only let them race natural? It was because he believed it to be against nature to race on the widowhood system.

 

I don´t know when the last birds left thier loft but many fanciers have told me that in the late 80´s the good ones were all gone, but i know there were still pigeons there a few years ago, maybe there are still some around????

but i have read that even the ones leaving arondonk[wrongs spelling]nowdays are still very expensive
