Add your Link not working

During last two months I made several attempts to add my link using Links/ Add your link section, but didn’t succeed. I also asked about this in section Feedback, but also didn’t receive any answer. Is Add Links section not working at all, or just neglect of somebody’s duty?

The link below does work but it might be a good idea if you are going to join an English site that you have a translated version online!

Thanks for thought! I am working on it. Meanwhile I have in English introduction of my web http://www.pigeons.lv/english.htm  and also everyone can use Google translation tool. This could not be the reason of not including my link, because there are already many webs without any word in English...

There has been a delay in adding links to the site (and generally in answering pms) because myself and Richard have been quite busy, and although I look after the links section, I've had to neglect for the past couple of months whilst I finish my degree. So once I'm getting round to tying up these loose ends.
