help needed non fancier with bird in cardiff

can someone in cardiff arange to collect this bird from a non fancier, they found the bird in the garden with an injured wing, the bird is eating well but the people keep perrots and have no room for the bird,, they have reported it and have 3 telelphone number for the owner but none are being answered.. this would be good as it would let people know we do care about the strays.. I have the email address of the lady who has the bird and they are keeping it in a cat basket as thats all they have,, so please all you cardiff boys come forward and message me,,I will send you her email then and hopefully all will be sorted soon..

i had a bird reported in cardiff yesterday ....it was flown out, we agreed that id collect it if it stays,they fed it rice and its now gone..still hasnt returned here though.

dont blame you.....ive had a few that cant be bothered to ring back for days afterive reported the bird to them.
