toulet dials

Hi there can anyone suply me  1 or 2 toulet dials, has my wifes granfather has recently passed away and he flew pigeons in 80s and in his posession there was an old toulet clock, and it has been given to me, i am asking as my wife wants to now how it works and i was wondering if any member had 1 or 2 so i could show her it working.

how many chambers and diameter of glass

there is 12 chambers and the glass is just under 6" , it also says Toulet Imperator on the front of it if this helps.
