Apologies to Numpty

Well guys, I may well be the first one to have had a yellow card from our new admin Vallance lofts today for telling Chris (Numpty01) to shut his mouth.   ??) ;D ;D :X  ??)      I replied to Chris  (Vallance) with the statement that I thought it a bit strong but respected the fact that even though telling someone to 'shut their mouth' wasn't in my mind that much a sin to warrant a first warning it clearly is in Vallance's eyes and I have to take that on the chin.  :B

 

To Chris Maidment my message is SORRY.  As much as we've butted heads, (and for love of it I don't know why to this day except perhaps my straight talk which can come across as BS or too straight) on times?  I should not have lowered myself to that level as two wrongs don't make a right.  So in that vien mate I genuinley do apologise and hope that we can move on in a constructive way rather than bickering which spoils a perfectly good forum.

 

I'm not making this apology because of the warning, I told Vallance in no uncertain terms that I don't live for this forum and can do without it even if I do enjoy it, I'm making this step because of a lesson learnt today, well two actually.   My Mum just went in to hospital for a heart op and my Misses as many will know is about to face the same with her own issues so life is TOO BLOODY SHORT for petty bickering.

 

Hope you accept the apology Chris (Numpty01) and do the same thing as I will with you mate, if we disagree then ring each other up on the phone and rant at each other or over a cup of tea without biting each others heads off.  (I don't have your number though and you'll hae to unblock me from the p.m's.   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

 

Let the warning system be a lesson to all, Vallance enforced it to the letter and whilst it was in my books way too strong at least it shows this forum is not going to go to the dogs as many worried if he and his moderators are consistant with the warnings with everyone and not just those who disagree with his friends then there is no complaints from me.

i agree we should leave dispute out side this site but as useual i will clear a point valance is not my freind never has been never will be he must act on instructions the same as other mods admin i was wrong you were wrong you apolergise so do i then lets get on with our own issues chris maidment numty01
