What do people think of the NIPA

I have only started racing i just wanted to know what people though about the NIPA i hear reports birds not getting fed or watered probley when the birds are held over cause everytime i send my pigeons they r dehydrated and other people r saying the same and when checking web site for Liberated sometime thier not there and  Liberated times are not right i just wanted to know what other people think i dont know if this is all true but we'll see what we all have to say about the NIPA.

first i think you should address your concern's to the NIPA sec , F Russell . please don't take offence at these point's

1) how many fancier's send their bird's in the state of not , being fully hydrated , my own club put the water trough's on crate's at race marking thus giving them some 2hrs with water before the lorry pick's them up, every little bit helps .

 

2) lib time's ,,,,, will be incorrect at time's , with the aim of catching cheat's .

   i agree...some flyers need 2 look a bit closer 2 home with regards condition of there birds....

You have a good point r club do have the drinkers on the crate's its when its a hold over birds r not getting water could be wrong but everyones saying the same thing also NIPA said that they might not race from fermoy cause they were taking other feds transporter i check the nipa web site all day yesterday they did not say the race was on and i miss that race

i have only hheard of a couple of fancier's in my club , make a comment on some bird's not getting water & this they put down to that they were to dumb to fight their way to it , the fermoy race on the web site , i cain't give you an answer to that one , i do know the ball was in the air with the regard to transporter's , their must be close on 18,000 bird's sitting in talbenny for the 2nd channel race
