I use cat litter on the loft floor

Does anyone know if cat litter is ok to uses ive been using it for a few months seem ok someone said he uses it and he had resp problems.

i used it once only problem i found was when you change it its bloody heavy, other than that no probs

The good thing about it is it doesn't stick to the soles of your shoes and get carried about everywhere   No complaints then from 'er in doors  ;D ;D

cat litter is ok to use as long as its the fullers earth type

i have used this in the past and found that it causes "dusty air]  i now use easy bed [just for the breeding time] so that i can scrape the floor and boxes  , then sweep the easy bed ubder the boxes and have a bare floor, [incidently, ive mixed a pack of loft treatment through this easybed,, i have found this easier with my dis-ability

Ive been told ground limestone is a good as it is very absorbant but also has minerals in it.

No its more like a grounded powder with a sort of sandy texture, which is brilliant for absorbing any moisture.

Thats good cause this is my 2nd year racing ive uses it didnt seen to have any problem i buy 1 bag for £1 very cheap last along time clean lofts every month the reason i use it cause this time of year the dropping r not drying cause of the cool air.

this i use but its the pigeon one same thing ...i put that down first and woodchips down second ...the birds wont have a problem with it i know that for sure .... mikey
