got one of my young birds back to day ,it was missing for 2 weeks,but some one has stamped it on every flight on one wing with half a phone number in big bold black numbers, has any one els had this

what numbers can you make out might give you a clue as to where abouts and what area its come from usually if you have the code and the first couple of numbers in the number if its close to you you can work out roughly where

no  chance finding ou becuz its a mobile by the looks of it but still its sh**e knowing that people have the guts to try and race other peoples birds surely if it had done something big and when the organisation finds out the bird is not even theirs they wud be hung strung and quartered pal hope it does not happen again but it is annoying i would say

Parents had an old bird back that had been missing a few days, it was a pied and from a distance they thought it had been shot or hawked, when they caught it every flight had been covered and smodged with a large red stamp, but whoever done it made sure the number was unreadable!
