My pigeon sounds like hes purring!?!?!?

Hi guys,

 

Firstly I'd like to announce the arrival of my son Traivys on 30th April 2009. Born by c-section at 6pm, weighing in at 8lb 9oz.  He's sooo beautiful and I'm in love.  I have attached a photo.

 

As you can imagine I'm kept very busy and am struggling to keep up with everything but just about managing.

 

Drop Wing keeps getting terrorised by a cat and has taken to sitting on the floor of the loft and he makes alot of noise like he's purring almost.  Does this mean he's frightened.  This cat is new and horrible.  Also he keep limping when he first gets up but then he's ok after a bit.  He's very old, do you think he has arthritis?

 

Sorry its short and sweet but must get things done while my angel is asleep.

i HAVEN'T PICKED HIM UP AS THE CAT REALLY SPOOKED HIM AND IT FREAKS HIM OUT IF I PICK HIM UP LOVE HIM.  SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

Congratulations on the safe arrival of Traivys - he's really handsome a credit to you.  Hope you are ok and recovering well.
