this last season for the first time i tried my hand at convaying.Not a job for the faint hearted.on my travels meet some very nice people. but this is not about convayers this is about a site agent.nevell woulderbrige down there in portland.during the season most thursdays nev goes to poole a 80 ml round trip to pick up birds from the channel isles.vey flown out racers some injured but all needing care.this is what thay get from nev by the bucket load.then when fit to go and thay have to be fit nev tries to get them on a lorry  to be released near home.i have done this my self every time we went to portland.on the very last young bird race.we brought 192 birds back up country.now for the shock neather nev or the lads in the channel isle get a penny from the pigeon world for doing this. he pays for his own fuel corn & any medicine if needed.so i for one will be asking the gm of the rpra what is blackpool for charity must start at home .so i ask all who use this site to please get in touch  with the rpra to get some help for nev. thank you
