can any of the mods help me get back on line i usualy go in though my favorites but it wont let me logon the last time this happened it took me months to get back on and i lost everything on my acc.is anyone else getting this problem?

so do i but iwas away at a funeral to day and  it choped me this is the second time this has happened and it wont let me on   frankdooman
