building new y/bird loft ,, what would be best and how many y/ birds in them

a 7 feet by 8 feet with 3f by 4 f aviary or

6 feet by 12  feet with no aviary ,,

6x12 is a big section for catching, avaries are good for letting youngsters look around. i enclose the trap with an aviary until birds settle then take it down. people cram ybs in but the lower the density the easier to keep. i find about 1 1/4 sq ft / bird suits me...so i guess its around 40 for 7x8 JMO
