i got my birds sunday they were paired up put i picked difrent hens that they were paired with my 4 stock cocks have a 4foot buy 2foot rabbit cage each ive had to keep the 4 hens in 18 bird baskit when do you think it will be safe to repair the cocks they were just paired for two days or so

when you have time to spend checking on them  :-/ make sure you put half a brick in with them for the hens or put hens in 1 side cock in another until they are used to eachother

are yo ubreeding them in old rabbit hutches

or do you have a loft also

i have split pairs and repaired the cocks same day

although the hens usually need a week or so

they have a brick in cheers. sorry i have dislexia. i got the birds on sunday they were paired up for 2 or 3 days.  i got four pair i did not take pairs i split the pairs to get my 4 pair. due to the pigeon lung i dont keep them in a loft i had a double 8foot cage made that houses the four pair. i dont just want to put a hen in in case the cock does it in lol
