i wouldnt be training this time of year , imo you will doi more harm than gd in these cold days

 

i think your very right , and would certainly wholeheartedly agree with you

,,, but maybe not to confuse any beginners

,,,,,, these two posters are training for valid reasons,, one has a white dove release for a funeral,[she also does weddings birthdays etc ;D free ad [get my books now ;D]  , the other an anual xmas race, which has become very big,,,and only a  few are selected for this race, and this race alone,, prize money in the thousands,
