we had jacks yorkie pup out back today it had a dish of water and dry pellet food also

I put the pup in filled the birds bath with luke warm water and let the birds out

THEY EAT THE DOGS DRY PELLET FOOD in the loft they have oyster grit, red brick grit, black minerals, pink minerals and pick pots

AM I MISSING OUT ON SOMETHING ??

this is nothing new :)..a few yrs back my birds would pick at the dry round dog food..bit bigger than a bean..they loved them..they have loads of vits and minerals in them...the club laughed at me when i told them about it.

that year i had several good fed positons including topping it...the joke was then ...do they cock their leg before entering the loft?.. ;D
