Where's the cheapest place to get them rotating flashing yellow lights what go on top of the lofts to supposedly keep the hawks away ???

Ok,I know Davie Pirie up  here uses one and thinks its good,he bought the wrong one to start with and changed it.

I knew one type was no good.
