Hi All

 

My program is one that i was taught.

 

Sat.- Electrolytes+Vitamins

Sun.- Tramisol+Tea+Malaria

Mon.- Meds

Tue.- Meds

Wed.- Probiotocs+Vitamins

Thu.- Honey+Lemon Juice

Fri.- Honey+Lemon Juice

 

All above in the water!

 

Sat.- Protein Powder

Sun.- Protein Powder

Mon.-Clean

Tue.- Carbo-load

Wed.- Carbo-Load

Thu.- Carbo-Load

Fri.- Carbo-Load

 

All above on the food with either Oil, Vit B12 Elixer or ACV.

 

Any suggestions?

But i usually do it this way as i am afraid i wont do good!

and to progress to being a champ, do you think a change in your water/feeding system will help this..??

well this is mine if you want to have a look!

 

Monnday water = Pigeon tonic or mister pigeon protect

Monday food = Hemp oil

 

Tuesday water = Plain

Tuesday food = vesus laga multi vit

 

Wensday water = cider vinager

Wensday food = Plain

 

Thursday food = hemp oil

Thursday water = Plain

 

Friday food = plain

Friday water = Plain

 

Saturday water = electrolytes ( if needed )

Saturday food = Plain

 

Sunday Water = garlic

Sunday food =plain
