Peckedhen Posted April 4, 2010 Report Posted April 4, 2010 Well done. Some I shift by moving the nest bowl 4" a day till I get them where I want. Others come off when they're moved. One hen laid her first egg on the loft floor just below her nest box, I shut her in her box to lay the second egg but she didn't sit them. A day later, I put the eggs in the original place, on the floor, and she went straight back down on them! :
