yeah i do it stops them messing about but give them an hr then basket them up and take them stops them flying around above loft when arriving back from training i aint goin gto ly to you when i just use to basket them up before training they be back good time but they be flying round loft for a good minute or so a good local flyer was round my house at the time and said next time you take them let them exercise as sonn as you get them in light feed give them, a little rest then basket them up and take them and i kid you not my birds have came alot better you can put your house on it they will match the miles per minute were ever i take them but all to your own everyone different but i do this way and noticed by birds coming alot better dont mess about sitting on loft roof or landing board they fold up land an run to trap
