what to do

i separated my birds like i was advised to do accept 2 pairs that i had seen pairing up and one of them laid today but the pair have left the egg in the bowl un attended a few times today as i  have been keeping a close eye on them the longest being about 20 min will this affect it i thought they needed to be keep warm 100% of the time any advice would be appreciated.

No, that's fine. They don't sit on the eggs until the second egg is laid, this way they both hatch at around the same time.
