Guest Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 Les, was speaking to the Gaffer (NI) and he was saying how the jackets worked too. Half the battle is to stop the BOP from taking the pigeons, and thus leaving them hungry, then they won't mate. I've always said the best thing fanciers could do is to stop racing/training (and in some areas letting them out) for two years, we would soon see who is right or wrong then, and i'm sure the RSPB would be very concerned that possibly 50% of their food chain dissappeared overnight and would maybe listen a little!
Merlin Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 Would agree entirely with you Mick, and this action would go a long way to sorting out this problem, but you have to convince people of this, who dont recognise we have a problem/dont care/totally indifferent to it,breed more brigade/lets watch and see how many even bother to comment on above which again is a step in right direction, as a poll on here decided ,biggest handicap to the sport is mostly Fanciers
bewted Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 the pigeon fancier is his own worse enemy,,,,,,,lots moan, groan, etc,,,,,but, the constant moaners allways sit on there ar*ses and do expletive removed* all to help in any way shape or form !!! PROVEN FACT !!!!!
DOVEScot Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 i withdraw as i may upset someone Chris, I have been upsetting people since I joined this site and a lot more since I formed formed opinions and stood up for them. As long as you are doing it for the right reasons and your opinions are the truth as you see it, what can be wrong with that :-/ :-/ :-/
