Guest Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 When doing a search on www.multimap.com for Otterburn [Northumberland] which is our racepoint on Saturday 12th, stumbled upon weather information included amongst the other information the site gives you for your chosen location. I think it could be used to determine the weather at your training point, and as it includes a 5-day forecast, might help in watching what the weather's to be like at the racepoint on the lead-into race day..
MsPigeon Posted December 8, 2006 Report Posted December 8, 2006 Speaking of training aids and maps has anyone ever used topographical maps to determine the lay of the land and the best route to train the birds? I know Ed has a great topo map program. Which reminds me, Ed can I have a copy of the Washington, Oregon portion of that program? Carol
