schouwman71 Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 D Sepers are janssens or based janssens,he raced only vitesse races,(short distance) he got pigeons from jean swannet of ravels belguim, swannet got them from micheal nachtegeal of zulte, the man who became famouse for the witterug and coppi, theres a few lines that made sepers birds including the offerman janssen, the 225 ace pigeon was a janssen and zoe had the geisha lines in and all the best of jean swannets, this pair bred fantastic pigeons including spitfire that page bros ask vast amounts of money for youngsters. Guest waynemorris Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 Thanks for the info. I bought a hen from John David earlier this to pair with a Louis Cooreman cock that has bred me some nice pigeons, but wanted a quality pigeon to pair it to. I think it is of Spitfire lines but i cant remember will have to get the pedigree out. So far things are looking good though. I have been 2nd club over 600birds in club 8th Fed around 6000 birds i think, 6th Club 40th Fed with a Hen from a different nest. And Last Friday won my first club race for ages with one of these birds, again over 600 birds in club,(dont know the Fed result yet) after loosing at least 3mins on the trap because of a Hawk and a Skyfull of Crows.
