with all the strays that are being found has the idea of a single web page perhaps linked to this forum been brought up where  any one can type in the birds ring number and either the owners or sec contact details can be found and appropriate action be taken  whether its a fancier or anyone else they have a point of contact as most people nowadays have internet access alot of work at first maybe but if kept in order should be valuable source.

 

please dont all shout and scream at me im new to the sport and just thought i would share an idea good or bad...
