Darkness with moult

There can always be an exception of one moulting all the way through is it a first round ybird what month was it bred in?

yeah they are early youngsters i got them about 28th of jan they were ready for flying out mate

never had my darkies throwing flights just the body moult so something not quite right i would think

They can do a full moult as long as the rest are ok I wouldnt worry to much. When did you put them on the dark?

Sorry you said 28th in another post. I would make sure you have the loft dark enough.

They should still finish there body moult. How many hours of dark are they on?

Thats a lot of flights cast by this time of year, you sure thats right? A couple mine have cast one but thats it.

The only thing I can think of is that its not dark enough. Just keep a close eye on the others m8. I personally like the loft as dark as possible. I think its important they come to complete rest they should not move from there perch OMP.

you had them on 28th jan so weather you put them on darkness hours your self wouldnt matter as they are on natrual darkness so they should may be cast one flight may be as u can fool some but not all of them i really wouldnt worry mate they be fine less to cast at end of year
