feeding yb's

I have 15 young birds flying out, they fly well but trapping is not so clever. I am feeding as much as they can eat in the evenings. Could someone confirm how much food I should be putting in for the 15 birds? I feed once a day, at 4.30-5pm. They go out about 3.30pm for there fly and fly for an hour. I have just purchased a digital scales so will be able to measure the amount of food for the birds.

just put the food down and when the first bird goes for a drink pick the food up.
