its difficult to explain, but the best expression would be like a balloon, light but blown up.But what you gotta realise the prepartion from 300-400 miles would be different to 60 miles to 250, i race 70-250miles and this is what i like to see

No it's not !!!!!!! (Difficult to explain)  ;) ;) ;) Just think of the difference etc, between a tennis ball & a cricket ball. Then imagine ???????? if you can, throwing each one for 8 to 10 hours plus non stop, & then which one would make you the most knackered  :P :P at the end of the day.

Enjoy.

Well !!!!!!!! Wiley  ;D ;D ;D, more than likely ???????? in your case etc, absolutely nothing  ;) ;) ;) it was more directed at Frank 1  actually :) :) :). it was just my pathetic attempt unfortunately  :'( :'( :'( to explain what to be wary of etc, light & bouyant compared to fat & leady etc  :P :P :P, "LOL".

PS, I had better finish up now to be safe, or I will step on someone elses toes here "PMSL".

Enjoy.

think my answer would be,, there are many different shaped birds,as different type races, and when fit will obviously handle differently,, but basicly i  like an apple bodied small to medium type bird, with a strong  back, and handling like cork :)

Like a blown up paper bag for inland.

When they go over 250 mile i start carb loading wich in turn makes them heavier. There still like a blown up paper bag but with a little bit in the bottom if you know what i mean.
