Unless you are going to buy bags of singles and mix your own, I'd go by what the various grain merchants say about their mixes. For example, Bucktons used to give a simple 'High to Low' bar chart on the bag showing amounts of carbs, fat & protein. Now they add % per group, e.g. bag of breeding mix is 51.8% carbs, 3.7% fat & 15.9% protein.
