With regard to vaccination, when is the best time to get the birds done i.e. how long b4 they are paired up should they be done.

I vaccinate all my young birds in july and the old onesafter the last race .then they dont need doing until the same time every year.

agree with above posts for old birds, but would prefer to do  ybs at 4 weeks old,.    just a point of interest,,,,

what constitutes a vaccinated bird?? if i gave an ob just 1ml  ",would that be vaccinated"

I think its a requirement to be vacinated with 2.5ml of vaccine jimmy.

 

Taking it on a slightly different route, if you vaccinate you ybs fairly late, then they are vaccinated for the next old bird season, right? (Still within the year)
