I think I remember correctly but wish for confirmation and or any other advice. If I take away all the wooden eggs from my OB race team on natural system they should be back on eggs again in about 10 days. Right? Last year I was given the golden egg award, a gold box of wooden nest eggs, at out awards banquet for having the most eggs through the season in my crate at shipping.  ;D I tried all sorts of things to keep straight who had layed their first or second eggs, but then some hens were laying in each others nests and I couldn't keep track!  ::)  :-/

I will let them sit full term when they go down on eggs again. I just thought that this way I would know who has layed 1st and 2nd eggs as I have not kept track really and dates etc, just switched them to wooden eggs as I saw them.

Between us we have about 80 OB's. Bill has his team and I have mine but we fly out of the same loft. It is just a lot of pairs to keep track of. Thanks for your help and suggestions Bewted.
