we have recently acquired a pair of racing birds from taiwan as our foundation birds, the problem is how can get them to breed early, i have placed them in a cage away from the other birds, nest already in place, no eggs yet. it has been three months already...can anyone give me an advice on how can i start the to breed...thanks in advance..

what size of cage  ,would it not be better if you can put them in a section of their own were they wouldnt get disturbed by other pigeon and also have more room to themselves  ;)

I would separate them for a week or so,box the hen for a few day she will soon get fresh,i had a pair do the same as you, wouldnt go down for weeks,no problems after they were split for a while.

good luck witht them
