My young birds have been on the club transporter and they have come very well.

The thing with training i see is that they are not getting feed at the same time every day . and the cost is less .

They get fit flying round home 1hr 30mins in morning and night .

once you start training ybs you must keep em going & they get better at it mine go training at least 3times per week & fly over an hour every morning & time permiting at least half hour at night

some of my young birds are paired up and under eggs this year .

I do not like my young birds to get sick the week before first race .

I use beach on the sunday after race . this is very cheep and stops the spreed of disease. :o

I would keep training right through the young bird program. During club racing three 25ml tosses per week aswell as an hour round the chimneys at night. The more they see of their surroundings the better I think.

I train twice a day if possible then cut it down to three times a week after first race.
