3 cocks, 3 hens & 1 stud cock. Pair 3 cocks & 3 hens up through the bars - don't allow them together. Day 3/4 lock 3 cocks in seperate section after morning feed and allow 1 hen out of box. Introduce stud cock. Allow to tread then remove stud cock immediately and allow him to rest. Repeat with other 2 hens. Spread this out through the day and fit around you're own schedule. Before it gets dark lock all three hens away again and allow 3 cock back in. Repeat until first egg is laid. Can continue until 2nd egg is laid but from experience the hen will not allow the stud cock to tread once the first egg has been laid. Once the hen has stopped allowing the stud cock to tread / 2nd egg is laid allow the original cocks in with their hens - they will sit the 'cuckoo' eggs as their own! Have only had 1 egg of the 2 fertile with this system but was with an old cock - can do up to 6 or so hens dependant on how active your stud cock is!
