as sec of our club i have had birds reported from birmingham..hull..bolton...the birds have got to be clashing

 

Was there loads missing Bri - I didn't know as my dad went to the club.

 

I suppose we were fortunate - we got 21 out of 21, (18 on Saturday and 3 on the loft before 8:30am Sunday morning).

Our fed, Normanton fed went early saturday, 08-30 hours from Peterborough, with excellent returns, likewise central yorkshire fed. I have heard that the Barnsley fed had bad returns, liberating at Buckingham in the afternoon, likewise the Doncaster fed, who also went in the afternoon, again with bad returns. My friend whos a very good flyer was gutted saturday night, 29 out of 60 home, all of which have had at least 60 chucks. Our fed is in transportaion with three other feds, two of which could not be liberated from the same race point due to the weather closing in. I heard that a lot of feds held due to this, and once the skies cleared again, which was just after 1pm, most began to liberate, which could answer why so many pigeons were missing, as a great deal of birds were airborne at the same time.

This may be your answer as to the bad returns, hope theyve returned mate :)
