Guest uphallhen Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 How do the pigeon men and woman think about the race programe for this 2010 season, Going with the national is the best thing that has happened too the lanarkshire fed i think for it will help the fed flyer get a wee taste of the national and wish you'se all the best if you's go to the fed/national racing this year and get a wee result in it.( you know the saying if yer no in it you can not win it).
budgie Posted November 2, 2009 Report Posted November 2, 2009 Its the only wae tae test yer Doos and thats when the 98% Shi-te rule kicks in . 2-3 Seasons with this great club soon sorts out the aged stock birds that are getting off-loaded.

Guest uphallhen Posted November 2, 2009 Report Posted November 2, 2009 I see that there is alot off national man on here that would say that we don't send our best birds to the the fed when we are at a inland national the same day they have there open race, so that to me is those that don't want to go with the national want to race there BEST again'st our 2 or 3 rated birds.
budgie Posted November 2, 2009 Report Posted November 2, 2009 how do you work that out Yer right wee Bonkle thats them Won the Hugh McClymont Memorial Trophy 2008&2009 for the Best combine average over all races with over 100,000 birds competing each season along with Old Bird average 2008 and we have still got 98% Sh-te.Pigeonworld knows that only the Best Survive ;D ;D ;D
tom corrie Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 CAN YOU TELL ME HOW IT WILL DO THAT It will affect the pools money and therefore lead to its demise in the long run
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 It will affect the pools money and therefore lead to its demise in the long run There may be a chance of this Tom but don't believe that it had any effect on last years pools in the open races (will check), on the plus side pigeon men can prepare their pigeons for the traditional 280 - 300 mile fed race which has had the same classification as a 60 mile race knowing that there is more to motivate and more rewards with sending with the SNFC as this race in the fed has not been an open race for nearly 10 years and for many has become a meaningless race which is a great pity for what generally has become a hard race. cheers Gareth PS Should the traditional 280-300 fed race become an open race????
