mark I understand that you do not want hassle, who does? But you have to make certain that this sort of thing does not take root. If these lowlife think you are a soft touch, they will take bigger and bigger liberties. I have always followed a policy of, no talk, no threats, take action. There has been one or two times when I have had the wrong one but it has been Ok most of the time. When I have had the wrong one he has always deserved it anyway, so it has never worried me. The one big benefit I get is that there is no guessing for the clowns. If they mess about here I will always follow up. Their problem is that they never know where of when.
