Thanks, i was thinking one in each nest

thats o k   , but dont let em rear round after round,  let them sit  eggs after they rear,

open bowl for naturals is really good if you can do it  without hawk probs ,

give them straw for there nests and take it out every other day and place at bottom of your garden,  watch them work to bring it back all the time ;) ;)

I am going to give the natural system ago this year as i have never raced the system i was  Thinking if anyone on here has some good tips or advise feel free to help me out and post,

Thanks  :)

Guess I disagree with most of the posts so far, if you are racing hens especially, same routine, same routine, change completely, then revert. Hope this helps.

i have only raced natural...i send both cocks and hens.

open hole is great but the cats stop me doing it.

i have to be out there with them ,unless you got a trustworthy dog to keep guard ;)

Same here flown natural always with the distance birds but when i raced few of my own found roundabout much more practical natural birds to do properly can be a lot of work you got to know how your birds and what they  like to race to eggs big youngster so if you after different races for different birds you got stagger pairing up you also lose out on racing birds if you got say hen you really fancy for a certain race the last thing you want do is lose her cock so you dont race him   Not sure how well it works on short races but for the longer races if you got it right they will take some beating

yeah yor right very time consuming love the birds but love the too or so she tells me ;D ;D much prefer rounabout your birds always available 8)
