dont want to get involved regarding this vac. thing but i can say that if you cant show paper work that all the birds on that vech. have been vaccinated then you wont be allowed into france to lib also you need all basket seal no,s on a sheet to be intact if the birds are to be brought back to uk in the case they can not be liberated so you,s may be right that the whu have changed the rules and i take my hat off to them for bieng brave enough to do that its long overdue in my mind but you,s may experience prob,s this year when raceing outside wales JMO

I neither lecture nor post false information, everything I have said on this can be readily cross-checked on the official government websites links I provided. Frank quotes the typical Scottish experience getting racing pigeons into France, the SHU website carries documentation that states current vaccination certificates must accompany all our transporters.

 

I e-mailed SHU yesterday on the issue you raised, and await their reply. It may be as has been suggested that a relaxation is on the way, but if so everyone involved has remained very quiet about it. As always I will post all information I have on any current issue.

 

Finally, I will not be lectured on good grace by someone who consistently shows a complete lack of it towards much of what I post. You need only check-out what you said to Jason on this thread about his 'cut and paste' job, and what you said about mine ~ to see that if anyone is lacking good grace here, it is you.
