i see you are an 11 tear old girl, but youve asked very sensible questions, the main thing at the moment would be to make sure the loft is dry and plenty fresh air, and off course clean water, and youll find youll avoid a lot of complications, and of course youll learn as you go along, good luck ,,,, jimmy  :) :) :)

Try and get some books from your local library on pigeons and read all you can about them ;)
