allenyeates Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 Have a gay pied 99 pigeon called the seagull, bred medioca birds for me but people I have given birds to ( Gilberts etc) have had multiple card winners at all distances from him( multi 1st,s) obviously better flyers than me, but the breeding has to be there( again, refer to John Crowder Busschearts) Any questions, or Y,B, offers (F.O.C. except carriage) vuia P.M.

Guest ROCKYandRAMBO Posted August 5, 2009 Report Posted August 5, 2009 my warren foster rapido busshearts crossed with the super man busschearts have won from 140 miles up to 487 miles very honest birds and will do any thing to get home . but mine are very bad for fighting and wanting to take more then one nest box which is a pain when you come to pairing up
stevebelbin Posted August 5, 2009 Report Posted August 5, 2009 Had a good one years back that was known as the Blue-Nosed-Seagull, he won from bourges (550miles) and got various other good positions channel racing. He went down from a training chuck of 20miles, assuming the hawk got him! He bred a few pure whites which all went missing training, so I refused to have a bonny pigeon in the loft after them, as they attract the attention of hawks (my opinion only)!!!! Stunning looking pigeons though, if you like that kinda thing haha
