What do Recovery Salts consist of

Has anyone any ideas what Recovery Salts consist of as if possible I would like to make my own. I don’t mean electrolytes, as there is a difference.

Hi. Think you will find recovery salts and electrolytes are one and the same.  

 

Pigeon Pharmacy in UK have been giving 100g of Recovery Salts free with all PMV Vaccine orders.

 

From their label: 'Supplement for use during stress or competition'. 'Ideal after racing or to support recovery during wet droppings'. Contains Sugars, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12.

 

Personally, I have never used them, so can't comment.
