ok chaps,need a little info,,,,can this be used instead of cider vinegar ?

 

need as much info as possible please as got a 5litre bottle here for free and wondered if ok for pigeons ?

okay lets be serious now viniger is viegar only diffrance is strengh colour so yes use it i do from shop
