i guy here a querry for you got me puzzled

i've got a pouter hen that's been down for acouple weeks treated with nuramicin.

hen looking a lot heathier but as been left with a holer eye.

when you look at the eye it's like looking through glass.

any idears

but didn't know it could cause that...
