injured eye

i had a youngster get into the cocks section and you can guess he got a beating.they damaged his eye its all red and swollen.its been like this for week now and i can`t get it to heal it`s weaping like mad,any ideas what i can put in his eye to help heal?

THATS NOT AN INJURED EYE THATS RESPIRATORY DISEASE IT SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM ALL THE REST ,YOU CAN GET STUFF TO TREAT BUT IF IT WAS MINE IT WOULD NOT BE IN MY LOFT .GOOD LUCK A S YOU WILL NEED IT ;D ;D ;D
